My family of five (which includes 3 children ages 8, 12 and 14) absolutely loved this apartment during our week long stay in Florence. The location is unbeatable, but more than that, it is an inviting home and has all the conveniences of a home away from home. We took advantage of the full kitchen (and nearby grocery stores) and really enjoyed walking to all the major sights. The kids loved the loft space and the whole apartment and after a week in a rental in Rome, they much preferred this one. Our rental in Rome was fine, but was like an IKEA showroom with no personality, much smaller and very unwelcoming - not to mention missing many conveniences and amenities. Our stay in Florence at Borgo Pinti was absolutely perfect! In addition to the great location, conveniences, and personality, Claudia was the perfect hostess and went out of her way to help make us feel at home! Thank you Claudia!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My family of 6, enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean and cool. Was 100 degrees and the air conditioning worked great. I highly recommend. Owner very helpful. Great location.

We had a fantastic time in Florence, which was made even better with this beautiful and well located apartment! The home had everything we needed - A/C, screens on the windows, well appointed kitchen, lists of local restaurants, taxi phone numbers, etc... - and a wonderful owner and staff who were so very helpful. Claudia is truly a warm and welcoming host who is always ready to help her guests, whether they need directions, restaurant recommendations, or information about touring Chianti "wine country". This is a special home with a very special host.
